Konita KTP-PT High Sensitivity Thermal CTP Plate

KTP-PT is a newly developed product by using the latest technology, and is dedicated to be a cost effective thermal CTP plate for customers. Through optimization of coating formulation and substrate treatment, KTP- PT plate can achieve low exposure energy (high sensitivity) which prolongs the life of an expensive laser head. It also can achieve higher production efficiency by increasing the drum speed of an imaging setter. No preheat requirement can save energy and time, and the use of low chemistry protects the environment by reducing the sewage disposal. KTP-PT plate has excellent printability, sharp resolution and stable quality. Therefore, it is very suitable for busy work load of prepress industry.
