Violet laser treatment-free plates are made of polymer resin plates, but currently the violet laser treatment-free plates are only exempt from chemical reagent treatment and still require water treatment.


Anhydrous CTP plate, the usual lithographic printing is based on the principle that oil and water are not mixed, and the plate surface is wetted with water during printing. The water is absorbed in the blank part of the plate surface, so that it does not absorb ink, but the plate When there is water on it, it will cause the color of the printed product to decrease, the paper to expand and contract, and the overprinting is not allowed.


The waterless offset printing plate is a printing plate that does not wet the plate surface with water for lithographic printing. However, after nearly half a century of game, traditional offset printing has achieved great development in technology and equipment, and traditional offset printing materials have also been in a dominant position in the plate market. Nowadays, as people's awareness of environmental protection increases, they gradually realize that the volatile solvents used in the traditional offset printing process will cause great harm to the environment. Anhydrous offset printing is gradually under scrutiny. Anhydrous offset printing materials are also expected to compete in a new round China launched a challenge to traditional offset plates.


The waterless offset printing plate can not use the current traditional offset printing process, and it must be matched with the special waterless offset printing ink and waterless offset printing machine matched with it to use. This has caused large initial investment in printing companies and high plate prices, which have become the bottlenecks restricting the popularization of this technology. However, due to the superior environmental performance of waterless printing, its future development is an inevitable trend.
